Students may receive application updates through our website, CRM, email, WhatsApp, phone communication or authorised counsellor support.
We may provide general document guidance and application support based on publicly available university and immigration information. We do not provide legal immigration advice and we are not a licensed immigration advisory firm. Students remain responsible for their own visa applications and should consult qualified professionals where legal immigration advice is required.
Course information, fees, scholarships, intake dates, entry requirements and visa-related information may change at any time. We try to keep information accurate and updated, but students must verify final details directly with the relevant university, college or official government source before making decisions or payments.
3. Authorised referral partners and counsellors
Ireland Study Center may work with authorised referral partners, sub-agents, individual counsellors and English language training schools. Where a student is referred through such a Partner, the Partner may assist with counselling, document collection, communication and application support.
Authorised Partners are not permitted to guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, fee discounts, refunds or any outcome unless the commitment is confirmed in writing by Arbix Ltd through an official company email or written agreement.
Ireland Study Center is not responsible for representations, guarantees, payment requests, commitments or promises made by any Partner unless they have been expressly authorised in writing by Arbix Ltd.
Students should contact Ireland Study Center directly at admin@irelandstudycenter.com if they are unsure whether a Partner, payment request or instruction is authorised.
4. Fees and payment
Ireland Study Center may provide certain services to students free of charge. Where any paid service is offered, the price, payment terms and refund conditions will be clearly communicated before payment is taken.
Ireland Study Center may earn commission or agent fees paid directly by universities, colleges or education institutions upon successful student enrolment. This commission is not charged separately to the student by Ireland Study Center. Tuition fees, deposits and other university charges are set by the relevant university, college or education institution, and students should verify all final fees directly with that institution before making any payment.
Important โ authorised payments only:
Students should pay university tuition fees, deposits, application fees or other university charges directly to the relevant university or education institution, unless Ireland Study Center provides written instructions from an official Arbix Ltd email address confirming a different authorised payment process.
Ireland Study Center is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised third parties, individual counsellors, referral partners, agents or personal bank accounts.
Any fee payable directly to Ireland Study Center or Arbix Ltd will only be valid where it is confirmed in writing by Arbix Ltd and supported by an official invoice or payment instruction issued by Arbix Ltd.
Students should not make any payment based only on verbal instructions, WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers, personal bank details or unofficial requests.
Where paid services are offered online or remotely, we will provide the required service details, total price, payment method, cancellation conditions and refund terms before any order is confirmed.
Where we provide a paid service to a student as a consumer, any applicable cancellation rights, refund terms and service start conditions will be explained before payment is taken. If a paid service is started immediately at the student's request, this may affect the student's right to cancel or receive a full refund, where permitted by applicable law.
5. Account registration and application submission
You may be able to submit an enquiry or application through our website forms, CRM forms, email, WhatsApp, phone communication, authorised counsellor support or, where available, a student account or portal.
